Md. Arifur Rahman, founder of NeuroChain Analytics, is a strategist with expertise in predictive analytics, MIS, and AI decision support. He is pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration and holds a Master’s in MIS. His work in AI-enabled infrastructure planning and predictive supply chain analytics aligns with U.S. priorities for modernization and resilience.
