We’re scaling over 10 years with phased hiring across AI, engineering, delivery, and operations.

Phase 1 — Foundation (Years 1–2)

5–7 hires: AI/ML, Data Analyst, Software Dev, BizDev, Admin. Focus on pilots and MVP dashboard.

Phase 2 — Expansion (Years 3–4)

+8–10 hires: Supply Chain Analytics, Public Sector PM, DevOps, UI/UX, Client Support, Sales. Total ~15–17 by end of Y4.

Phase 3 — Scaling (Years 5–6)

+15–20 hires: Regional Project Leads, Sr. Data Scientists, Cybersecurity, Marketing, HR/People Ops. Total ~32–37 by Y6.

Phase 4 — Federal & R&D (Years 7–8)

+25–30 hires: Federal PMs, R&D Engineers, Customer Success, AI Ethics & Governance, Cloud Architects, Ops & Finance. Total ~57–67 by Y8.

Phase 5 — Global Export (Years 9–10)

+40–50 hires: International Deployment, Academy Trainers, Sr PMs, Global BizDev, Support, Admin & Legal. Total ~100–120 by Y10.
